The Air Force Family Matters Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) system collects and processes data related to the delivery of Airman & Family Readiness services. The AFFIRST system tracks all aspects of customer visits and includes comprehensive customer assessment and program management, tools and Reporting.
